Pricing

Avocet CRM costs $40 per seat per month on Team and $65 on Growth, billed annually, with no per-record or per-API-call charges. You are billed for people who sign in, not for the size of your database.

Avocet CRM has two plans, both priced per seat per month and billed annually.

Why per seat rather than per record?

Because per-record pricing punishes you for importing your history, which is exactly the thing that makes the product work. A CRM that charges by database size gives you a financial reason to withhold data from it.

Avocet CRM charges for people who sign in. Import ten years of closed-lost deals if you have them — the signal in why they died is worth more to you than the storage costs us.

Is AI usage metered separately?

No. AI cost is included in the seat price. We track token cost per organisation internally from the very first AI call, so we know our margin per account and never have to guess at it by inventing a usage charge later.

Growth plans see that same usage reporting for their own organisation, because a buyer who is told "AI is included" reasonably wants to know what that means in practice.

Do read-only users cost a full seat?

No. Viewer seats are free and unlimited. A finance lead or a CS manager who needs to read an account timeline should not be a line item in a sales-tool budget negotiation.

A viewer can read records and insights. They cannot create, edit, import, merge or approve anything.

Can I try it before connecting a mailbox?

Yes. Every account starts with a seeded demo workspace containing realistic deals, threads and verdicts, so you can see what the output looks like in about two minutes without granting any OAuth access.

Connect a real mailbox when the output has convinced you it is worth it, not as the price of finding out.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You can export every record your organisation holds, as CSV, at any time, without asking us. Deletion is a self-service action that removes your organisation’s data rather than flagging it as inactive.

Export and deletion are both audited. Neither requires a support ticket, and neither is behind a plan tier — holding customer data hostage as a retention tactic is not a business we want to be in.

Annual billing, and what it means if you need monthly

Prices shown are annual. Monthly billing is available at a 20% premium. We do not run a discount ladder — the price on this page is the price, and a sales cycle spent negotiating it is a sales cycle neither of us gets back.
