Terms of service
Avocet CRM is provided as a subscription service. You own your data, we process it on your instructions, either side may terminate at the end of a term, and we do not claim rights over your content.
This document is under legal review ahead of general availability.
Who owns the data in my workspace?
You do. We claim no ownership of and no licence to your content beyond what is necessary to operate the service for you. We do not use it to train models or to improve the product for other customers.
What is not allowed?
Connecting mailboxes you are not authorised to access, using Avocet CRM to monitor individuals rather than deals, attempting to access another organisation’s data, and reselling the service. We will terminate for any of these.
What availability do you commit to?
We target 99.9% monthly availability. We do not offer a contractual SLA with credits at this stage, and we will say so rather than sign one we cannot yet operate against.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel at any time; the subscription ends at the end of the paid term. Export your data before or after — it remains available for 30 days after closure, then is deleted.
