# Changelog

**Avocet CRM is in active development ahead of general availability. This page lists what has shipped, newest first. Entries are added when something reaches customers, not when it merges.**

## 19 August 2026 — Foundation

- Organisations, membership and invitations, with tenant isolation enforced by PostgreSQL row-level security and asserted at the SQL level in continuous integration.
- Five roles resolving to capabilities in a single module. Viewer seats are free.
- Append-only audit log, write-protected at the database permission level. Every privileged write records its actor in the same transaction as the change.
- Invitations with hashed single-use tokens, a seven-day expiry, revocation, and replay protection decided by the database rather than by application code.
- Public site with structured data, a Markdown twin of every page, and llms.txt for AI crawlers.

## In progress

- CSV import end to end: signed-URL upload, field mapping, preview, validation, deduplication review, background import, per-record results.
- Company, person and deal views — fast, dense and keyboard-navigable.
- Google OAuth verification for read-only Gmail access.
